Summary of Submissions Recieved
The Summary of Submissions has been broken into the following topics/variation sections. Click on each link to bring up the submission points entered.
Natural Character Variation
The natural character provisions and overlay were withdrawn from the Proposed District Plan in March 2015 in response to the collective scope of relief sought in submissions. This variation seeks to reintroduce revised provisions and overlay planning maps. If you made a submission on the Proposed District Plan relating to 'natural character' or you own a property that has an area of natural character mapped on it then you should have received a letter from us advising you of the variation.
The variations are available to view in the documentation below.
