Speed Limit Bylaw 2005
This Bylaw sets speed limits for roads in the district, and these are specified in the Bylaw schedules.
Council can, and does, amend speed limits from time to time. On 12 June 2019, Council separated Part 21 - Speed Limits from the Consolidated Bylaw. This required a change to the Bylaw's name, but did not affect its content. Council is authorised to make this administrative change without public consultation.
