Once you register an account on Customer Connect, you’ll have access to your personal Council dashboard where you can:

  • View your personal Council footprint
  • Request updates for your personal details
  • Check and pay your land and water rates
  • Renew your dog registration
  • Pay fines

You can also use Customer Connect to submit service requests, report damaged or faulty public assets or notify us of a missed rubbish collection.

You don’t need to register to log a service request. If you see something that needs attention, you can submit a request as a guest—no sign-up required.
