Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
Old Mate Distillery Limited has made application to the Thames-Coromandel District Licensing Committee for the renewal of an off licence in respect of the premises situated at 6 Dakota Drive Whitianga known as Old Mate Distillery.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is Distillery/Remote Sales.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are A remote sale of alcohol can be made at any time on any day but cannot be delivered to the buyer at any time after 11pm on any day and before 6am the next day. No alcohol is to be delivered from the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, or Christmas Day or before 1.00 pm on Anzac Day.
