Take notice that Thames-Coromandel District Council and Waikato Regional Council (“Councils”) intend to apply to the District Court at Thames, not sooner that one month after the date of this notice, for orders declaring the land at 227 Wharepoa Road, Hukutaia, contained in Record of Title SA170/14, South Auckland Registry (“Land”) is abandoned and authorising the Councils to sell or lease the Land.
The Record of Title shows the registered proprietors of the Land as the late OLIVER JOHN CRYER and the late WILLIAM HENRY GILBERT CRYER.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of the descendants of or the successors under the wills of the late Oliver John Cryer and William Henry Gilbert Cryer please contact the Councils’ solicitors, Cavell Leitch (Attention: Sam Cowan).
