After Hours Service

You can contact the Council 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by phoning us on 07 868 0200. At the close of business and in the weekends, our phone is diverted to an after-hours service provider. There is no need to dial a different number.

However, no matter what time of day you call, you will receive the same information and customer service.

Urgent requests for service are forwarded to service providers for immediate attention, while non-urgent calls are reported to the Council the next working day for follow up action.

You can also complete and submit our online Request for Services form for non-urgent requests.

What is a Request for Service?

It is simply a form and a process to activate our services. If you need to report a fault with a Council service or need some form of assistance to do with a Council activity, customers need to submit a "Request for Service" so that we can help you.
