After Hours Service

You can contact the Council 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by phoning us on 07 868 0200 or email: customer.services@tcdc.govt.nz. At the close of business and in the weekends, our phone is diverted to an after-hours service provider. 

Urgent requests for service are forwarded to service providers for immediate attention, while non-urgent calls are reported to the Council the next working day for follow up action.

You can also complete and submit our online Request for Services form for non-urgent requests.

Please note the online Request for Services is only monitored during office hours.
