COVID-19 Protection Framework at Orange:

General Bookings: 

-  Limit of 80 people in the Conference Room and 200 in the Auditorium.

-  Anyone entering the Hall must scan in using the QR code (strongly preferred method) or using another contact tracing mechanism.

-  Face coverings are mandatory for anyone over 12 years of age. If the booking is for the purpose of exercise then the face covering can be removed during that time.

-  The hirer has the right to determine whether having a vaccine pass is a condition of entry for anyone taking part in their booking.

Events: 

-  Anyone entering the Hall must scan in using the QR code (strongly preferred method) or using another contact tracing mechanism.

-  Face coverings are encouraged.

-  The decision on whether to operate an event using vaccine passes or not sits with the organiser, with different rules applying depending on the decision.

-  If an event is run with vaccination passes being a condition of entry then no limits on numbers apply as long as they don't exceed the facilities capacity limit.

-  If an event is run without vaccination passes being a condition of entry then numbers are limited to up to 50 people and close contact events can not take place.
