Food Stalls and Mobile Food Vendors

If you plan to trade from a Council reserve, you must have Council's permission to do so, in addition to a Food Registration. Click here for information on obtaining a Commercial Operators licence.

If you are intending to drive around our district selling your food i.e., ice cream truck etc., then you will need a Mobile Trading licence in addition to your Food Registration. Click here for information on obtaining a Mobile Trading licence.
