Apply for a Food Registration

To register your food business with us you'll need to make sure you complete the relevant Food Premises Application and the Scope of Operations form.

Completed forms can be posted or dropped off at one of our Council offices or emailed into us at customer.services@tcdc.govt.nz. We'll be in touch once we've had a chance to review your application.

Food Premises Application: one site - use this application form if your business operates out of only one premises
