Economic Development (District Wide)

A targeted rate for economic development (district) is to be set as a rate in the dollar, on the value of improvements. This is a targeted rate which provides for a medium level of funding for economic development in our district.

In addition, if you are in an area serviced by wastewater, a targeted rate for wastewater disposal is to be set based on the number of toilets and/or urinals. This targeted rate will be set on a differential basis, based on whether the land is used residentially or non-residentially.
