Land Rates

Rates are billed in three instalments during the year (our rating year runs from 1 July to 30 June).

You will receive the invoice for each rates instalment early in the month that the instalment is due.

To avoid penalties, please pay each instalment in full by the due date*.

  • First Instalment
    15 October
  • Second Instalment
    15 February
  • Third Instalment
    15 May

*if due date falls on the weekend or public holiday, payments are accepted up to the first business day following the above due dates. Please refer to your assessment notice issued with the first instalment.

A 10% penalty will be applied on the fifth business day following these three dates on any unpaid portion of the current instalment.
