SMART Maps is our web mapping application that allow you to explore a collection of focused maps (3Waters, Community, Property, Planning, Civil Defence.) that contain a wealth of spatial data.

What does SMART stand for

SMART Maps will offer you to access TCDC's spatial data more rapidly and reliably.
Greater access to TCDC spatial data including 3Waters, Zoning, Parks and Reserves, and property information.

Ability to create annotated maps that suit your requirements, this could include a site plan for sub-division or a map for the sale of a property.

Coming soon to TCDC...You will have access to new tools like ability to select an area and download the spatial data, view the data in 3D environments, and link through to some of TCDC online services

Requirements for SMART Maps

SMART Maps is TCDC's web mapping solution and has been designed to work with any device (PCs, tablets, smartphones), Operating System (OS) and Internet Browser.

Members of the public are also able to request maps or spatial data extracts (subject to legislative and privacy constraints).

Charges may apply for this service. There is a standard print charge and provision for a charge for time taken for complex requests as per requests under the Official Information Act.
