Council Facilities and Services under Alert Level 1

It’s largely business-as-usual for our community facilities and services under Alert Level 1.

Customer service desks - Thames, Coromandel Town, Whitianga and Whangamata: These are all open, with no change in operating hours. Visitors are being asked to use the contract-tracing app.

Kerbside rubbish & recycling collections: Continuing as usual. tcdc.govt.nz/kerbside

Refuse Transfer Stations: Open as normal. Use the government contract tracing app. Keep a distance from other users. tcdc.govt.nz/rts

Boat ramps & wharves: Open.

Car parks: Open for normal use.

Thames Centennial Pool: Open. Changes to operations outlined here: tcdc.govt.nz/swim
