This new role is a full-time permanent position undertaking management of quality assurance and risk mitigation of technology solutions delivered in an Agile Scrum environment through to operational use.

Using a systematic approach to capabilities assessment across the organisation, a number of priorities have emerged, which are forming a body of work across the next five to ten years.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance and best practice advice to the Delivery Team to ensure quality assurance for the organisation. Additionally, you will be happy to roll up your sleeves and write test plans and scripts and execute them.

A growth mindset and a focus on business value as well as strong technical and stakeholder engagement skills are key. This role will suit someone who is energetic, motivated and a great team player.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Ability to prioritise workload based on business value
  • Experience with test frameworks, test tools, writing strategies, plans and scripts and hands-on testing
  • Experience with various types of functional and non-functional testing in an Agile delivery environment
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-centric approach to service delivery
