"Stunning upgrade" says Harcourts Whitianga boss

28 November 2018

Every week we've been promoting a local business that has been affected by Stage One of the Whitianga town centre upgrade. This week it is Harcourts Whitianga.

Dayle Candy is the business owner and manager of Harcourts Whitianga. She has owned the business since April this year. Before she moved to Whitianga she was working in real estate in Auckland.

She brings her passion for pleasing people to work which is why she is such a highly recommended agent.

Before her commitment to Harcourts Whitianga she spent 26 years with the New Zealand police and nine years in a children’s education store. She has also raised four children.

Outside of work Dayle enjoys sports, and keeping healthy. Dayle shares her passion for sport and community through being an active sponsor of sports teams such as H11, the Woman’s Coromandel Touch team in Coromandel Town.

She enjoys the lifestyle on the Coromandel Peninsula and often spends her holidays in Pauanui.

“Outside of work I enjoy doing pilates, and being outside walking and running in my spare time,” says Dayle. Before moving to Whitianga, Dayle also played a lot of squash.

“The upgrade of the town has definitely affected our business, it has stopped people walking in and checking out what houses we have advertised in store,” says Dayle.

“Although looking at what has been done so far, the town is looking stunning,” says Dayle.

“We really value our location and walk-in customers, we really encourage people to check out our new properties we have for sale,” says Dayle.

“Within our office we have a really strong, keen, experienced, large number of sales consultants available to help. Every week we have an in-house booklet of all our listings including our most recent ones, plus we have a Coromandel Beaches website which displays all of our listings and the Harcourts website for agent profiles,” says Dayle.

Go in store and visit the Harcourts Whitianga team at 71 Albert Street or for more information visit their website.
