Rubbish and recycling is a day later after the Queen's Birthday long weekend

01 June 2018

Our Kerbside rubbish and recycling collections will be a day later than normal next week because of the Queen's Birthday long weekend. And, all our Refuse Transfer Stations will be open on the holiday Monday (4 June) to their Sunday hours.

Our transfer stations will be open to their usual hours on Saturday and Sunday.

If your Kerbside collection is usually on Tuesday, it will be picked up on Wednesday instead, and so on around the whole district.

Next week is Week 1 in our fortnightly recycling schedule. If the address sticker on your wheelie bin says “Tue 1”, put the bin and your crate for glass out for collection with your blue TCDC rubbish bag - but remember, a day later than usual.
