Tell us about your recent customer experience with our Council

Have you had a recent interaction with our Council? We’re taking part in a multi-council survey to help local government organisations across New Zealand improve customer experience.

If you’ve phoned, emailed, messaged us on social media, or come into one of our service centres, district libraries, Thames Centennial Pool or one of our other community facilities – please take a few minutes to tell us about it through the survey.

The survey only takes a few minutes. It’s short, just 10 questions, and is completely anonymous.
