If there is spilled rubbish in your area, please call our Customer Services team on 07 868 0200 and we'll arrange for it to be cleaned up.

If you miss your rubbish collection or leave town before collection day, blue bags and recycling can be dropped off at one of our RTS free of charge. RTS locations and hours are at

Our Matarangi, Pauanui, Tairua and Whangamata RTS have 24/7 after-hours drop-off facilities and we also have portable rubbish compactors. See for their locations.
